Driver:
Minimum age for all rentals is 20 years.

Driver’s License:
The driving license must have been issued at least one year prior to the vehicle pickup date.
Accepted driving licenses are those issued in the EU, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, Israel, Russia, or Ukraine.
Citizens from other countries must have a valid international driving permit along with their regular driving license.

Payment Method:
By arrangement

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your booking, you must send an email notification of cancellation and receive a response confirming receipt.
No cancellation charge if the notice is received up to 20 days before the pickup date and time.
Cancellations within 19 days of the booking date will incur the full deposit amount.

Rental Duration and Charges:
The minimum rental duration is a few hours, with a minimum charge of 1 day. Late returns will incur additional charges.

Extension of Rental:
If you wish to extend your rental period, contact us in advance. If available, the extension will be added to the Rental Agreement with the corresponding charge. If not available, the vehicle must be returned at the agreed date and time.

Fuel Policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered. If the fuel level is lower, the difference will be charged. No refund for a higher fuel level.

Traffic Fines or Legal Penalties:
The renter must pay for any traffic fines or administrative penalties resulting from violations of Greek road laws. Fines can be paid in cash or by credit card. If fines are incurred after the rental period, they will be charged to the renter’s credit card.

If the police or another authority remove the license plates during the rental, the renter must compensate the company. Compensation is calculated by multiplying the number of days the vehicle is without plates by the daily rental rate of the current season.

Accident Policy:
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform our company and the police. The police report must be provided to our company. If there is no police report, the renter assumes full responsibility, and no insurance coverage applies.

Insurances

Basic Insurance Package: Included in the rental price. Covers third-party liability for death, bodily injury, and property damage.

Full Insurance Package: Available at an additional charge. Includes Full Damage Waiver (FDW), theft, fire, and glass breakage with no excess.

Theft Insurance: Covers total theft but not partial theft or theft of personal items from the vehicle.

No insurance covers:

• Damage caused by driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damage caused by unauthorized drivers.
• Damage to the interior of the vehicle.
• Damage from illegal parking.
• Damage resulting from violations of the Road Traffic Code.
• Damage from reckless driving, intent, or negligence.
• Engine damage from incorrect fuel or general driver negligence.
• Damage from use on unsuitable roads or off-road (e.g., unpaved roads, beaches).
• Damage occurring after the agreed return time.
• Damage to exterior mirrors.
• Damage or loss of tires, wheels, or hubcaps.
• Damage to the underside of the vehicle.
• Failure to notify our company and the police at the time of the accident.

Vehicle Pickup & Drop Off:
Free pickup & drop off in Sitia. Additional charge for other locations (e.g., Heraklion, Chania).

Additional Cleaning Charge:
Applied if the vehicle requires cleaning beyond the usual. Charge is 20€ + VAT.

Replacement Vehicle:
In case of vehicle immobilization, a replacement vehicle will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, depending on availability and the location of the immobilization. If the immobilization is due to the renter’s fault, an additional charge will apply for the replacement vehicle.

Important Information:
Before departure, inspect the vehicle and report any damage to the staff (it is advisable to take photos or videos of the vehicle for better service). Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We reserve the right to cancel the rental agreement without consequence if the renter is deemed harmful to the company’s interests or violates traffic laws or rental terms.
